Electroencephalography (EEG) with registration of long-latent acoustic induced potentials (LAIP), electroneuromyography (ENMG), algesimetry are performed and diagnostic coefficients F1 and F2 are calculated by formulas F1=-5.00-2.97·A,+5.67·A2-0.69·A3+1.52·A4+1.19·A5-0.99·A6-2.6··A7+3.21·A8-2.13·A9+0.98·A10-1.97·A11-3.59·A12; F2=-14.61+8.55-A1-6.67·A2+3.01·A3-2.16·A4-1.96·A5+3.09·A6+2.06··A7-4.3·A8+3.44·A9-1.7-A10+2.86·A11+2.43·A12, where F1 - diagnostic coefficient for professional sensorineural deafness, F2 - diagnostic coefficient for sensorineural deafness of non-professional character; -5.00 and -14.61 - constants, 2.97; 5.67; 0.69; 1.52; 1.19; 0.99; 2.6; 3.21; 2.13; 0.98; 1.97; 3.59; 8.55; 6.67; 3.01; 2.16; 1.96; 3.09; 2.06; 4.3; 3.44; 1.7; 2.86; 2.43 - discriminatory coefficients; A1 - motor rate in distal part of tibial nerve in m/sec; A2 - index of algesimetry on second phalanx of second finger of right hand in mm; A3 -sensory rate in distal part of tibial nerve in m/sec; A4 - index of latency P1 of LAIP in left temporal led in msec; A5 - index of between-peak interval N 11-13 of "ССВП" in msec; A6 - motor rate on section wrist-elbow of median nerve in m/sec; A7 - index of amplitude P1N1 of LAIP in left temporal lead in mcV; A8 - index of latency N2 of LAIP in right temporal lead in msec; A9 - index of latency of P2 of LAIP in right temporal lead in msec; A10 - presence of irritative changes on EEG, absent - 1, present - 0; A11 - sensory rate on ulner nerve in msec; A12 - index of residual latency of median nerve in msec. If value F1 is larger or equal F2, professional sensoruneural deafness is diagnosed, if F1 is less than F2, sensoruneural deafness of non-professional genesis is diagnosed.
EFFECT: increase of reliability of differential diagnostics, which is achieved due to examination of whole sensorineural complex.
