SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to otolaryngology, immunology, neurophysiology, labor medicine, and can be used to diagnose neurosensory hearing loss in persons exposed to noise. Essence of the method, including otolaryngological examination, conducting laboratory blood tests, where serum levels of interleukin-4, prolactin, free triiodothyronine are determined and the diagnostic coefficients F1 and F2 by formulas with the calculation of F1 (diagnostic factor for the case of sensorineural hearing loss) and F2 (diagnostic coefficient, when there is no data for sensorineural hearing loss). When F1 more F2 diagnose sensorineural hearing loss; at F1 is less than or equal to F2 make a conclusion about the lack of data for neurosensory hearing loss. Proposed method allows to increase the accuracy of diagnosis in the diagnosis of NST.
EFFECT: developed method can be used in the clinic, as well as during periodic medical examinations.
