FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: offered invention refers to medicine and can be used for differential diagnostics of occupational sensory deafness and nonoccupational sensory deafness. The vibration sensation is examined at frequencies 125 Hz and 250 Hz in one or several body points: projected zygomatic bone, breast bone, projected elbow, shin bone tubercle. If the vibration sensation is increased over 26 dB, occupational sensory deafness is diagnosed, while the vibration sensation lower than 26 dB shows nonoccupational sensory deafness.
EFFECT: method allows for differential diagnostics of deafness of various geneses.
