HETEROBIFUNCTIONAL POLYMERIC COMBINATIONS, WAY OF RECEPTION POLYMERIC CONJUGATES AND WAY OF TREATMENT OF MAMMALS WITH THEIR USE Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC A61K31/785 C08H1/00 C08G59/14

Abstract RU 2361596 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns heterobifunctional polymeric conjugates with high molecular mass, useful in provision of the referred delivery of therapeutic agents, and to ways of their reception. The heterobifunctional polymeric promedical products of delivery of biologically active combinations including proteins, monoclonal antibodies and so forth are described. Formula of the compound is preferable, where X1-X6 independently mean O, S or NR1; R44 and R44 ' are independently chosen from polyalkylene oxides; R1 chosen from the group including hydrogen, C1-6-alkyls, C3-12-branched alkyls, C3-8-cycloalkyls, C1-6-substituted alkyls, aralkyls and C3-8-substituted cycloalkyls; R40-43 independently chosen from the group including hydrogen, C1-6-alkyls, C3-12-branched alkyls, C3-8-cycloalkyls, C1-6-substituted alkyls, C3-8-substituted cycloalkyls, aryls, substituted aryls, aralkyls, C1-6-heteroalkyls, substituted C1-6-heteroalkyls, C1-6-alkoxy, phenoxy and C1-6-heteroalkoxy; y and y' independently mean 0 or the whole positive number; p and p' independently mean 0 or 1; n and n' independently mean 1 or the whole positive number; a and b independently mean 0 or the whole positive number, provided that a+b≥2; z means the whole positive number; both D1 and D2 are independently chosen from the group including B, OH, leaving groups, activating groups and end groups; where B is chosen from biologically active components, diagnostic agents and OH. Also ways of reception of a polymeric conjugate and applications of the described compounds for delivery of biologically active component in a cell of a mammal are presented.

EFFECT: development of an effective way of reception of a polymeric conjugate for provision of the referred delivery of therapeutic agents.
