SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mobile communication system. The technical result mentioned is achieved due to the fact that the mobile communication system, covering a certain geographical zone, sets at least one subscriber in this territory and calculates the cells, which are at least partially owned by the subscriber's location field; the cell identifiers are transmitted and saved in the endpoint communication device and in the subscriber's ID module; thereafter the IDs of the cells are compared, which presently maintain the endpoint communication device, with the cells stored in a subscriber identity module, in case of coincidence the working mode will be switched in accordance with the subscriber's location.
EFFECT: location control of the endpoint communication device in a known subscriber zone.
