FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: canned food is cooked by cutting, blanching and straining parsley roots and raw onions; blanching and straining carrots; blanching and straining horseradishes; cutting and freezing sugar peas and green; browning in melted butter wheat flour, mixing the listed components with acetic acid, table salt, hot black pepper and bay leaves under oxygen-free conditions; packing the tongue, obtained mixture and sour cream, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: good digestibility.
