FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: method provides for raw onions cutting blanching and mincing, carrots blanching and mincing, parsley leaves freezing and mincing, mutton cutting and mincing, mixing of listed components with bone broth, table salt and CO2-extracts of hot black pepper and bay leaves, packing of obtained mixture into aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilising.
EFFECT: The new canned dietary food features increased digestibility as compared to a similar dish.
