FIELD: medicine; surgery.
SUBSTANCE: method involves spectroscopy with helium-neon laser-induced (632.8 nm) fluorescence excitation and recording of autofluorescence spectra as a data array consisting of fluorescence strengths for sequence of wave lengths 649 nm to 850 nm in pitch 0.43 nm {Z1, Z2, Z3…Zn}. It is combined with forming a data array consisting of fluorescence strengths of keratin {Y1, Y2, Y3…Yn} and portoporphyrin IX {X1, X2, X3…Xn} for the same wavelengths. Portoporphyrin IX fraction is defined as proportional to specific fraction of its fluorescence within total autofluorescence spectrum calculated by formula: where {k1, k2…kn} and {l1, l2…ln} are calculated by formulas: where α and β are calculated by formulas: where {a1, a2…an}, {b1 b2…bn}, {ab1 ab2…abn}, {f1 f2…fn}, {fa1 fa2…fan}, {fb1 fb2…fbn} are calculated by formulas:
where Xav, Yav and Zav are calculated by formulas: Xav = (X1+X2+X3…Xn)/n; Yav = (Y1+Y2+Y3…Yn)/n; Zav = (Z1+Z2+Z3…Zn)/n, where n is a number of records in the data arrays consisting fluorescence intensities.
EFFECT: method allows for biological tissues analysis for portoporphyrin IX fraction with elimination of errors related to complex compound character of total autofluorescence spectrum.
