FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology and is intended for differential diagnostics of skin eyelid neoplasms. Perorally administer 5 - aminolevulinic acid to the patient and in 2 hours carry out laser spectroscopy of a neoplasm and healthy skin surrounding it at a wavelength of 632.8 nanometers. Then an index of fluorescence contrast of a neoplasm is calculated as a parity of fluorescence strength sizes of a protoporphyrin IX in a neoplasm and a healthy skin surrounding it. At size of the contrast index ≤1.4 diagnose benign tumours of an epithelial genesis, at size from 1.5 to 1.9 - keratosis, at size ≥2.0 - pigment-free epidermis malignant tumours.
EFFECT: method allows to raise accuracy of differential diagnostics of various neoplasms of eyelid skin with determination of character of the process and the area of the centre, and to choose corresponding tactics of treatment.
