FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: way of fixation of the human cells HeLa and HEp-2 for immunocytochemical revealing by autoimmune serums of core autoantigens in reaction of indirect immunofluorescence is developed. The preparations fixed in such manner, are stored during long period without loss of antigenic properties and ability to immuno-labeling by autoimmune serums.

EFFECT: invention can be used for creation of domestic preparations for primary screening of autoimmune serums in clinico-laboratory diagnostics of organo-nonspecific human autoimmune diseases.
