SUBSTANCE: method includes several steps. At first an essentially cylindrical frame structure is assembled at the assembling stage. Then at the final stage, an essentially cylindrical workpiece is made, which includes a tread band applied in radial external position in relation to breaker structure, which has at least one breaker-strip ply. During this stage the first breaker structure is assembled in the first work position on the first auxiliary drum of the final stage. In the second work position at least one first part of the tread band is applied in radial external position in relation to the second breaker structure pre-assembled on the second auxiliary drum of the final stage. Then in one third work position, at least one second part of the tread band is applied in radial external position in relation to the third breaker structure assembled on at least one third auxiliary drum of the final stage.
EFFECT: fabrication of high quality tyre with matching different performances of the frame structure assembly station and final stage.
