SUBSTANCE: method provides for mixing of snow mass with sugar-containing component, sugar syrup is used as sugar-containing component previously mixed with cedar nuts kernels infusion (with ethanol). Cedar nuts kernels used for infusion preparation can be added to the snow mass before adding of mixture of sugar syrup and cedar nuts kernels infusion (with ethanol).

EFFECT: increased stability of chilled food mixture while storaging.
