SUBSTANCE: cans are manufactured by cutting and frying boiled sausage in vegetable oil, cutting and sautéing part of onion in vegetable oil, blanching and mincing garlic, cutting and blanching potatoes, avocado and the remaining part of onion, cutting and freezing lettuce and greenstuffs, cutting, mincing and frying pork in vegetable oil, mincing pickled chili, mixing the above components without oxygen access with tomato paste, acetic acid, table salt and calcium acetate, packing the obtained mix and bone broth, hermetic sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: good digestibility.
