FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: tomatoes are cut and blanched, parsley leaves are cut and frozen, tofu is cut. Prepared beans are boiled till 150% increase of weight. The listed components are mixed without oxygen access with salt and calcium gluconate. The resultant mixture and vegetable oil are packaged, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods.
