SUBSTANCE: canned food is produced by cutting and browning in the melted butter onions; cutting and freezing parsley greens; cutting sturgeon fillet; boiling beans till double increase in weight; mixing the said components under oxygen-free conditions with table salt; packing the produced mixture and the fish broth sealing and sterilisation.

EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods.
