FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: electrical cleaner contains casing 1, closed, by butts by covers, in which there are screwed in connecting pipes of fluid supply (gas) 5 and withdrawal 6. Inside casing there are located precipitation electrode 3. Between each couple of these electrodes there are located columns 4 from electrical insulating material. Here in free space between electrodes it is solid adsorbent 9 of water, for instance zeolite, silica gel etc. in the form of granules, pipes, balls etc. To each electrode in steam it is supplied high voltage potential from the source of direct current. Invention provides cleaning of dielectric liquid (gas) against mechanical admixtures and extract water from cleaned liquid (gas).

EFFECT: upgraded efficiency of cleaning.
