FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns blades with rectilinear and curvilinear cutting edges, and to ways of their manufacturing. A blade is made of a plate from the crystalline material chosen from group, including crystalline silicon with selective orientation of crystals, silicon with orientation of crystals <110> and <111>, silicon alloyed to certain specific resistance and content of oxygen, silicon nitride, processing of the first side of a plate from a crystalline material, performance in it of the first profile of a blade with chamfer, forming cutting edge of a blade, and close to it the second chamfer, and processing of the second side of the plate from a crystalline material, making of the second profile of a blade in it with passing along the first chamfer by the third chamfer of a cutting edge and the fourth chamfer close to the third chamfer, and a plate from a crystalline material is exposed to isotropic etching, obtaining a blade from it.
EFFECT: invention allows creating disposable blades in the conditions of the strict control of all technological process, as sharp as diamond blades, and as cheap, as stainless steel blades.
