FIELD: heat engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to structures of induction crucible furnaces for high-temperature reprocessing of materials and can be used in metallurgy, in processes of solid products' burning, in reprocessing of solid organic wastes, including wastes of tare and packing. Furnace contains inductor, cold crucible, heat-insulating layer, inner melting pot and its top and bottom covers, manufactured from silicon carbide, herewith inner melting pot is outfitted by facility of continuous loading and unloading - mixing device, containing actuating vertical shaft, on which there are fixed at different levels by vertical blade and floating disk with implemented in it by concentric circular axis openings, forming tanks, installed between two immovable disks, fixed in bottom cover of melting pot on support of actuating vertical shaft and implemented in it openings, similar by diametre and located on the same axial concentric circulars, that in movable disk, herewith openings in disks are located with pitch not less than 2.5 of its diametre, and bottom blade is located directly over top immovable disk.
EFFECT: invention provides mixing and hoeing of the material by means of rotating blades and continuity of finished product delivery.
