FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to structures of induction crucible furnaces for high-temperature treatment of materials and can be used in metallurgy, in process of ignition of solid products, in treatment of solid organic wastes, including wastes of container and packing. Furnace is outfitted by feeding assembly, containing cylinder with funnel, located inside it piston with drive of reciprocating motion and cutoff plate, herewith cylinder is fixed on top cover of crucible and is outfitted by smooth with output of adapter jacket, cavity of which is intercommunicated with working cavity of furnace, and gate, implemented in the form of disk with retaining cone, rigidly connected to axis, mounted in bearings and connected to drive of reversible turn.
EFFECT: invention provides implementation of any high - thermal treatment of materials without intercommunication to working cavity of furnace with atmospheric during loading of row materials, so to provide continuity of operation, to heat raw materials by effluent gas of treatment, that as a result will increase productivity of process, will save thermal expenses and improve conditions of furnace service.
