FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: implements stages of acceptance of data package from mobile terminal via at least one sector among many for each at least one sector among many; combination of appropriate accepted data packages for generation of signal with the highest ration signal/noise; decoding of value obtained by means of combination; determination of status of data package transmission in compliance with decoding; and transmission of general signal ACK/NACK, including general signal ACK or general signal NACK, to mobile terminal, in compliance with abovementioned determination, via each at least one sector among many.
EFFECT: possibility of transmission of general information ACK/NACK from each sector of base station to user equipment at semi-soft transmission of service.
