SUBSTANCE: risk factors are determined. Patient anamnesis and clinicolaboratory data are used to determine: waist, body weight index, age of articular syndrome onset, triglyceride and uric acid content in blood serum. They are graded and evaluated. Predicted factors F₁ and F₂ are calculated by formulas: F₁ = -1.29+ 1.99* a₁ - 1.12* a₂ + 1.34* a₃ + 0,3* a₄ + 0.54* a₅; F₂ = -3.93- 3.65* a₁ + 2.06* a₂ - 2.45* a₃ - 0.56* a₄ - 0.99* a₅; respectively, where a_1…5 represent graded and evaluated risk factors, with a₁ being waists (cm); a₂ - body weight index (kg/^m2); a₃ - age of articular syndrome onset (years); a₄ - triglyceride level in blood (mmol/l); a₅ - uric acid content in blood serum (mmol/l). If F₁ is less than F₂, low risk is predicted, and in case F₁ exceeding F₂ shows high risk of podagra development in males.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of preclinical podagra development prediction in males.
