FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, particularly dentistry, and aims at normalisation of dystopic teeth position within upper and/or lower tooth alignment and treatment of malocclusion. A two-maxillary elastopositioner designed for normalisation of dystopic teeth position within upper and/or lower tooth alignment comprises two separated trays made of elastic material and equipped with a mutual holder. Each tray is made of silicone elastomer of Shore hardness SH70 on support sections of orthognathic teeth position, and of silicone elastomer of Shore hardness SH50 on dystopic teeth sections. The mutual holder is designed as reference NdFeB-alloy magnets, each placed in distal segments of each tray and made of rigid silicone. The configuration of the two-maxillary elastopositioner is determined by interaction of two pairs of magnets.

EFFECT: possibility to generate biologically tolerant forces within misplaced teeth, including in expressed teeth misplacement, to support value-optimal prolonged load on relocatable teeth in progressive translocation owing to spring-elastic effect created by rigid sections, to reduce number of consistent medical devices required for termination of a clinical case.
