SUBSTANCE: single-jaw elastopositioner for correcting of teeth position within one dentition is executed in a kind of the flat-topped section mouthguard from a silicone elastomer with SH70 Shore rigidity on basic sites with orthognathic position of teeth and a silicone elastomer with SH50 Shore rigidity on the sites with the misplaced teeth.
EFFECT: possibility to generate biologically tolerant forces in area of teeth located abnormally, to support an optimum load on the moved teeth on size, at their forward translocation during long time at the expense of the springing effect created by rigid sites, decrease of quantity of consistently applied medical apparatus necessary for medical case termination.
