The method that considers benefit from frequency planning and benefit from frequency diversity and in which are mixed processing technique of plural access with the localised frequency-division multiple access (LFDMA), supposing benefit from frequency planning, and processing technique of multiple access with the distributed frequency division multiplexing, supposing benefit from frequency diversity, is offered. The method where the set of carriers signs on terminals, reproduced in DFDMA and LFDMA, is offered.

EFFECT: increase of ascending communication line efficiency.
