SUBSTANCE: invention discloses, in particular, a transmitting device for a mobile communication system, using a scheme with several carriers, comprises a reflection module made as capable of reflecting control information to subcarriers in a subframe; a module of reverse Fourier transformation, made as capable making reverse Fourier transformation over the control information system signal; and a transmission module made as capable of wireless transfer of the signal subject to transmission, including a signal exposed to reverse Fourier transformation, into a receiving device. Control information is reflected onto frequency bands designed for control and interruptedly arranged in a frequency area, which in the subframe are specified separately from frequency bands for a separated data channel. Reflection is carried out in such a manner that the control information for the receiving device reflected to one of the frequency bands designed for control is sent simultaneously with control information or a separated data channel for a receiving device, displayed to the other frequency band.

EFFECT: efficient transfer of control information, which considerably impacts throughput capacity of a mobile communication system, using a scheme with several subcarriers.
