FIELD: medicine; oncology.

SUBSTANCE: usual and autofluorescence bronchoscopy is carried out for the combined endoscopic control of efficiency of malignant tumours and-or bronchuses treatment. Thus spectroscopy is carried out additionally in a range of usual light - 400-700 nanometers and autofluorescence spectroscopy including a near infra-red range - 720-800 nanometers. In a chemo-ray treatment the process dynamics of borders of tumoral growth is registered on the basis of depression of an indicator of the relation of intensity of a luminescence in red - 600-680 nanometers and green 500-550 nanometers ranges of wave length from 3.4±0.9 over a normal tissue to 1.2±0.4 on border of tumoral infiltration and to 0.7±0.2 over a tumour.

EFFECT: informativeness increase and reliability of determination of performed antitumoral effect efficiency.
