FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used for combined endoscopic diagnostics of X-ray negative early recurrences of central lung cancer. Video bronchoscopy is performed in white light. That is combined with video bronchoscopy in autofluorescence. Areas of pronounced lilac glow mucous in the stump of operated bronchus. Hemoglobin Hbi index is evaluated in the detected areas. If the hemoglobin index is within range of 79 to 98, malignant transformation of the bronchial mucosa is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method provides early detection of recurrent central lung cancer ensured by combined endoscopic diagnostics.
