FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of a Descemet's membrane (DM) transplant. For this purpose, a corneoscleral flap is cut out, fixed by the posterior epithelium to the outside, and coloured with trephine blue. After fixing the flap, the Schlemm's canal and the trabecular zone are destroyed, and after colouring, the DM is peeled off using the segment of the intracapsular ring. The ring is made of elastic material. It has the form of an open ring, at its free ends of which there are through manufacturing holes. The end of the segment with the hole is inserted into the fold area of the DM, the DM is stripped to the center of the cornea, trepanation of the corneoscleral flap is performed from the posterior stroma and the DM is completely separated from the underlying posterior stroma by traction.

EFFECT: reduction of the risk of damage to the Descemet's membrane, cells of the posterior epithelium and shortening of the duration of the transplant preparation, which results in maximum preservation of endothelial cells, and, consequently, long-term transparency of the cornea when using the produced transplant.
