FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grinders of mineral organic stock and may be used in feed mill industry. Grinder comprises cylindrical grinding chamber accommodating drive and driven elements with grinding teeth that make internal-gearing gear. Driven cylinder is composed of hollow cylinder with openings and arranged aligned with grinding chamber to run in bearings. Note that it is furnished with internal-gearing teeth formed by adjacent opening side surfaces. Drive element is composed of gear with external teeth located at grinding chamber bottom to run in bearings. Cylindrical grate with product discharge openings is composed of half-rings or segments with bands to cover driven element outer surface to make grinding chamber. Half-rings are secured to driven element over outer surfaces of its teeth. Aforesaid housing if composed of two posts mounted at support plate. Space between said posts is closed by jacket secured thereto and to support plate to accommodate grate bands. Product discharge opening is arranged in support plate between housing posts and jacket sides. Stock loading opening is made at end cover top section.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of grinder.
