FIELD: technological processes, metal working.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technology of materials processing with energy of explosives, namely, to production of flaky products that consist of metal base having horizontal surface and inclined surface arranged along perimetre, steel plate and layer of powdery material arranged between them. Method consists in the fact that inclined surface on metal base billet is produced by arrangement of bevels at angle of 7°≤φ≤20°. Then cavity is arranged on horizontal surface of base billet and filled with powdery material. Afterwards flyer steel plate is installed relative to fixed billet of metal base at the angle equal to angle of flyer plate turn under action of detonating charge of explosive in process of flight. Then explosive charge placed on flyer plate is initiated with provision of billets collision and welding of steel plate to metal base billet along its horizontal and inclined surfaces with simultaneous pressing of powdery material.

EFFECT: production of complex configuration products with simultaneous blast welding of metal billets and compaction of powders.
