FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns agriculture, particularly nursing gardens. Method involves microplant replanting from test tubes into cartridges filled with artificial substrate. Dehydrated stabilised sediments of city sewage and neutralised high-moor peat taken at the ratio of 1:4 are used as substrate. Replanting is performed in the beginning of January. Microplants replanted into cartridges are nursed under sealed film cover for two weeks.
EFFECT: earlier replanting of microplants into non-sterile environment, enhanced survivability, growth and development of regenerated plants, improved planting material quality for berry and decorative bushes.
