FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: cutter consists of the body, cutting racks and their attachment elements. To increase the number of racks for given diameter of the cutter and to rule out their reconditioning, they are arranged with tight fit. Note that their thickness in cross-section over tooth tops is decreased and selected to ensure breaking strength at cutting to make 0,1-2 of rack tooth height.
