FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ground supports and may be used for retaining small vessels in water basins. The portable anchor contains shank, cross-piece with folded flukes being mounted on the said cross piece. The flukes are provided with a mechanism to limit their deployment angle. The cross-piece is represented as a cylindrical plate with shank being rigidly fixed at its one side. Two pairs of opposite flukes are installed on the other side of cylindrical plate so that their position can be changed in vertical plane. Besides flukes are hinge connected between each other in each pair. Both pairs are threaded in the grooves of the upper flukes and rigidly fixed to the cross-piece.
