SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ground supports and may be used for retaining small vessels in water basins. The portable anchor contains body, shank and flukes provided with deployment restrictors. The anchor body is implemented as a cylindrical rod provided with threaded connection on its one free end, while the other end of rod is hinged connected with shank. There are flukes in the middle part of the rod. Deployment angle restrictors are available on free ends of flukes. The restrictors are realised as a stepped component having open-end holes, which are used for their mounting on body.
EFFECT: simplified manufacture and operation.
