FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to preserved food industry. According to the method pre-processed paprika is put in jars and warmed up with hot water which is put in for 2-3 minutes. After that water is exchanged with solution. Jars are microwave treated, sealed and sterilised in autoclave according to the new mode.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase end products quality.
