FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to preserved food industry. After preliminary preparation and packing in containers SKO 1-82-1000 paprika is exposed to processing in microwaves during 110-130 sec. Then the filling of 97°C is fillied, sealed and sterilised in autoclave according to the set sterilisation mode.
EFFECT: invention allows for decrease sterilisation duration with simultaneous increase of finished product quality and saves heating energy and water.
