FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically to urology and andrology and can be used for infection localising in male urinogenital tract. Urine and prostate secretion (PS) discharged in urination and after prostate massage are sampled sequentially. After each sampling procedure, hygienic treatment of a penis is required. The samples are compared for bacteria count to be localised accordingly. The sample 1 is pre-scraped epithelial urethra cells of navicula. The sample 2 is physiological saline introduced in urethra and sampled when discharged. The sample 3 is midstream urine after following total urination. The sample 4 is physiological saline reintroduced in urethra and discharged therefrom, and prostate secretion after massage. The infection agents are localised in each sample by examining the distribution of DNA count in samples by real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR). And in case of the absence of prostate secretion discharged from urethra, the sample contains post-massage urine.

EFFECT: method improves accuracy of microorganism detection and localisation in male urinogenital tract and increases clinical effectiveness and control of the detected infectious diseases.
