FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method refers to medicine, namely, to traumatology and orthopaedics. Longitudinal vertical arm extension is combined with trunk displacement to the right and to the left to straighten a spinal axis. The assumed therapeutic position is hold on statically; then keeping the extension, slipped discs are reduced by manual therapeutic manipulations and spinal pressure in deformation and derotation point. After the spinal axis is corrected, a passive static exposure is substituted by an active static holding of the assumed therapeutic position by muscular effort of the patient in prone, sitting and standing positions.
EFFECT: method allows developing new stable balance position of the biomechanical spinal-pelvic system and avoiding the spinal axis correction loss while correcting the deformations that considerably improves therapeutic effect and discontinues disease advance.
