SUBSTANCE: end tip is presented for tool such as level, which absorbs shock action, being fixed to level end and having external layer and intermediate layer, and also level is presented, comprising specified end tips. Intermediate layer is located between external layer and level body and is tightly fixed to external layer. Besides intermediate layer provides for high elastic compressibility compared to external layer, so that end tip is more adapted to absorb shock actions at external layer and therefore is able to prevent level damage. Preferably, external layer has profile, which corresponds to body profile at level end, and intermediate layer creates teethed intermediate profile, in order to facilitate compression of end tip. It is also preferable when end tip includes internal layer with lower elastic compressibility compared to compressibility of intermediate layer.
EFFECT: provision of higher absorption of shock effect.
