FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: providing a multi-link mechanism (22) that connects the variable compression ratio mechanism (10), configured to change the degree of engine compression in accordance with angular position of a first shaft (13), an actuator (20) which includes a lever (25) connecting the first control shaft (13) and a second control shaft (24), combustion load acting on the first control shaft (13) is transmitted via the lever (25) to the second control shaft (24). A first hinge pin (28) connecting the tip of the first shoulder portion is provided (27), extending from the first control shaft (13) in radially outer direction and one end of the lever (25), so that the first shoulder portion and the arm rotate relative to each other; and a second hinge pin (30) connecting the tip of the second shoulder portion (29), extending from the second control shaft (24) in the radially outer direction and the other end of the lever (25), so that the second control shaft and the lever rotate relative to each other. Diameter (D1) of the first hinge pin (28) is larger than the diameter (D2) of the second hinge pin (30).
EFFECT: possibility to suppress progression of abrasive wear.
