FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to a method for prediction of developing tuberculosis in healthy individuals. Method for prediction of development of tuberculosis in healthy people, consisting in carrying out a complex of immunological studies in individuals with positive immunological test results, wherein the prepared blood plasma samples are added with the tuberculosis antigens ESAT-6/SFP-1, followed by the dynamic light scattering method, determining and analyzing the formed immune complexes and their isotypes and with the content of IgG3, IgE, IgG1+IgG3, IgG3+IgE, IgG1+IgE higher than 1.0 % shows the risk of developing tuberculosis.
EFFECT: method described above enables higher prognosis of tuberculosis development to 100 % in individuals with positive immunological tests due to sensitivity and specificity.
