FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to phthisiology, and can be used to determine activity of specific inflammation in the presence of minimal tuberculosis changes in children. For this purpose, patient's venous blood sample is examined for leukocytes, hemoglobin, eosinophils, α2-fractions of globulins and γ-fraction of globulins fractions with obtaining for each of listed markers their quantitative assessments of representation. Age of the patient and the presence / absence of calcinates are also taken into account, followed by the determination of the upper and lower bounds of the sum of products of these parameters with coefficients and constants.

EFFECT: method enables to select the management technique required for the given patient within 1-2 days using standard examination results without additional analysis and material costs.
