SUBSTANCE: working environment are assessed, and the actual performance time is determined. The working environment is assessed by means of factors of the working environment and working process. The assessment involves workplace factors within the working environment grades. A general grade is transformed into a total score of the working environment. The resting time per a work shift is determined by formula.
EFFECT: method enables determining the resting time per a work shift and optimising the working environment.
