FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment and namely to devices meant for mechanical action on muscular and ligamentous spinal apparatus and its axial extension and can be used for rehabilitation, preventive treatment and treatment of diseases with the patients having neurological evidence of cervical, thoracic and lumbar osteochondrosis of the spine during acute period of the disease and during remission. The stand is made in the form of a frame the working surface of which is made in the form of the lifting platform consisting of two movable parts and a non-movable part for putting the head. Between movable parts there installed is an automatic fixing device that, in case cervical spine is extended, fixes movable parts to each other, and in case lumbar spine is extended, that device automatically detaches them. For fixing the head on the frame there installed are cervical limit stops, a roller under cervix and a frontal belt. On one of the movable parts there made are slots in which soft underarm limit stops are installed so that they can be moved. In order to adjust the limit stops width-wise, there used are individual electric drives between cervical and underarm limit stops connected to the control unit attached to the frame. On the frame base there installed is the platform lifting mechanism including an electric drive and control shaft.

EFFECT: simplifying the design, possible control of pain syndrome during acute disease period and increasing ease of use by the patient and medical personnel.
