FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in heat and nuclear power stations for measurements of ion concentrations in water of high purity of condensate type and feed water of power unit. In device for calibration of ionomers, according to invention, initial working medium is cleaned at ion-exchange filter 1 of mixed action for preparation of high purity water (HPW). Via the first conductometric detector 11 of reference conductormetre 10 and switch of flow 2, having several (for instance, four) fixed positions, HPW is supplied to one (depending on type of calibrated ionomer) of channels 3, 4, 5 or 6, where electrolyte is dosed in it (for instance, barium sulfate, silver chloride, acetic acid, ammonia). Further solution via the second flow switch 7 is supplied to anti-ion-exchanging filter 8 or to cation-exchanging filter 9, saturated by controlled ion, or to the second conductometric detector 12 of reference conductometre 10 and further to flow detector 14 of calibrated ionomer 13. Results of measurements of temperature, specific electric conductivity and concentration are sent to personal computer 15. Reference value of calibrated ion concentration is calculated, with which readings of calibrated ionomer are compared and, if required, corrected. Also method for calibration of ionomers is suggested.
EFFECT: expansion of functional resources of ionomers with flow detector due to possibility of calibration of ionomers of any type with simultaneous increase of calibration accuracy.
