FIELD: ecology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of active influence on clouds in order to excite precipitations using aviation and anti-hail rocket technology. Fitness of clouds for influence is defined by two basic criteria: by threshold level of precipitations q (kg/ m2) and quantity of cloud water, contained in zone of reagent introduction M (ton). In cloud by means of radiolocation probing area, limited by external contour by radiolocation reflectivity Z-5 dBZ is singled out. Then, projection of given area on horizontal plane, on which precipitation field is formed, is determined. Further, on obtained precipitation field area, limited by threshold level of precipitations q, is singled out. After that above given site in cloud column of cloud medium, whose forming profile on all its height corresponds to profile of singled out area, is singled out. After that amount of water, contained in this part of cloud M, is determined, and in separated part of cloud reagent is introduced, if it satisfies the following criteria of its fitness for influence: - for low-rainy cumulonimbus clouds: q=0.5 kg/m2; M>104 tons; - for non-rainy powerfully cumulus clouds: q=0.2 kg/m2; M>103 tons; - for low-rainy and non-rainy stratocumulus clouds: q=0.1 kg/m2; M>104 tons.
EFFECT: exciting precipitations from clouds.
