FIELD: applied meteorology. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing crystallizing agent into precipitation forming zone restricted along perimeter by radiolocation reflectivity of 10 $$$ cm $$$ at wave length of 3.2 cm and from below by threshold temperature level of 0 C; forming artificial enclosure from ice crystals along cloud perimeter prior to introducing crystallizing agent or simultaneously with this operation by acting upon visual peripheral part of cloud positioned above zero isotherm by crystallizing agent. Produced enclosure has higher reflective capacity as compared to liquid drop medium. As a result, cloud heat radiation does not disappear without trace in environment, but is reflected from ice crystal enclosure and concentrated in its central zone to heat it through and promoting precipitation producing effect. EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified method. 2 dwg
