FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: essence of method consists in use of collage gel with cultivated fibroplasts, covered above with keratinocytes culture, grown human skin cells. Construction of transplanted live dermal or stromal equivalent contains fibroplasts in three-dimensional first type collagen gel, on microcarriers, made on collagen microspheres with diametre 200-300 microns. Construction of live equivalent has sizes corresponding to length of bronchothoracal fistula passage, formed as a result of complication of late inconsistency of trachea bronchus stump, possibly main bronchus, after surgical removal of one lung in case of fibrous-cavernous tuberculosis of patient's lungs. As base for construction of live dermal equivalent, foam-rubber endobronchial obturator of oval form, with size on 1/3 larger than bronchus stump is used. Obturator is sewn, tied up with No3 thread of "prolen" type with end length not shorter than 40 cm, pressed, placed into endoscopic forceps and passed endotracheally to bronchus stump. Ends of obturator threads are taken out through fistula passage into lung pleural cavity, then through thoracostoma outside and are fixed with plaster to skin. From side of pleural cavity between threads foam-rubber "stopper", of round or oval form, 3-4 cm in diametre, is placed, over which threads are tied up for reliable transplant fixation.
EFFECT: application of claimed invention allows to increase efficiency of treatment of late stump inconsistency, especially of main bronchus, with formation of bronchpleurothoracal fistulas in case of fibrous-cavernous lung tuberculosis.
