FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flaw detection techniques. In compliance with proposed invention, magnetic flaw detector is adjusted by reference zero-defect tested object with normal temperature. Then at the same temperature, controlled blade parametres are taken additionally, blade material parametres are taken at operating conditions. For this aforesaid reference tested object is heated to operating temperature Tot, magnetic flaw detector is adjusted to aforesaid object. Now the controlled blade is heated to aforesaid temperature Tot and scan it, again, with the help of an instrument to judge upon blade material stage from change in taken parametres. Adjustment of instruments is performed by reference controlled objects, that is, reference blades with known degradation character and degree.
EFFECT: higher validity of estimation.
