FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises determining the structure of residual magnetic filed of the part resulted from natural operation magnetisation and comparing the latter with reference specimens as well as determining local zones with abnormal magnetic field corresponding to appropriate destruction zones being formed and/or formed. Additionally, magnetic field parametres are estimated in abnormal zones and degree of blade material degradation is determined by comparing measured parametres with reference parametres. Degree of blade material degradation in zones with abnormal magnetic field is defined from difference between two maximum peak values of magnetic parametres measured within the limits of every said zone along one line of measurement in direction crossing estimated abnormal zone.
EFFECT: higher validity and efficiency of estimation.
